b) Final payment, buyer approves and releases 100% payment within 3 banking days to seller's bank from the LC/SBLC/BG collateral upon the cargo passed the inspection performed at Factory Warehouse.
PAYMENT TERMS FOR CARRIAGE AND INSURANCE PAID TO (CIP)
First Shipment (Trial)
a) 50% deposit via SWIFT MT103/TT + 50% LC, SBLC or BG guarantee after invoice
b) Balance 50%, buyer approves and pays the remaining 50% of the payment to seller's bank via SWIFT MT103/TT upon the cargo arrives at the buyer's building or shop or store in the buyer's country.
Monthly contract shipment (3, 6 and 12 months)
a) LC or SBLC or BG after invoice
b) Final payment, buyer approves and releases 100% payment within 3 banking days to seller's bank from the LC/SBLC/BG collateral upon the cargo arrives at the buyer's building or shop or store in the buyer's country.

STEP 1
Seller provides to buyers:
a) Full Corporate Offer (FCO)
b) Template ICPO Format
c) Template BCL Format
STEP 2
Buyer provides to seller:
a) Official ICPO
b) Copy of buyer scan passport
c) Buyer’s company profile in PDF file
d) Latest BCL or POF send to seller.
STEP 3
Seller issues Draft SPA (Sales Purchases Agreement) and Proforma Invoice for buyer to sign and return to seller.
STEP 4
Deposit 30% via SWIFT MT103/TT to seller nominated bank from total value of Proforma Invoice and sends SWIFT copy to seller. Final payment 70% via SWIFT MT103/TT upon the cargo passed the inspection performed at Factory Warehouse.
STEP 5
Seller sends POP and related documents to the buyer after the seller confirms receive a 30% deposit within 3 days. The seller sends the buyer the following documents:
A. Certificate of Pharmaceutical Product
B. Certificate of Analysis
C. Product Passport Report
D. Phytosanitary Certificate
E. Certificate of Origin
F. Certificate of Approval Ministry of Health Malaysia
G. Commitment to Supply
H. Dipping test permit and SGS Report
I. Commercial Invoice.
J. Dip test Authorization and SGS report.
STEP 6
The seller sends an Invitation Letter and a Letter of Permission to visit Factory.
STEP 7
Upon the cargo passed the inspection performed at factory, warehouse in the seller's country. Buyer approves and releases the remaining 70% via SWIFT MT103/TT upon the cargo passed the inspection performed at Factory Warehouse.
STEP 8
Product is transferred to buyer with all POP and Title holder documentation is transferred to buyer.
STEP 9
Seller pays commission to seller side and buyer side commissions:
a) 50%: seller side: (50% closed to seller side)
b) 50%: buyer side: (50% open to buyer mandate & intermediaries)
c) The agreed commission will be included within an Irrevocable Master Fee, Protection Agreement (IMFPA) to be signed between the buyer and the seller, group of each party prior to issuance of the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA).
STEP 10
Buyer's bank will issue a new LC, SBLC or BG for next shipment for contracts sale of product 3, 6 or 12 months. Seller prepares and transfers the product to the buyer according to the terms of the contract and issues a new POP/Shipping Document/SGS until the monthly shipment is completed.

STEP 5
Seller sends POP and related documents to the buyer after the seller confirms receive a 50% deposit + 50% LC, SBLC or BG within 3 days. The seller sends the buyer the following documents:
A. Certificate of Pharmaceutical Product
B. Certificate of Analysis
C. Product Passport Report
D. Phytosanitary Certificate
E. Certificate of Origin
F. Certificate of Approval Ministry of Health Malaysia
G. Commitment to Supply
H. Dipping test permit and SGS Report

STEP 6
Seller loads the cargo and delivers the product to plane airport or vessel port. Delivery up to the buyer's building, shop or store.
STEP 7
Upon the cargo passed the inspection performed at buyer's building, shop or store in the buyer's country. Buyer approves and releases 50% payment to seller's bank from the LC, SBLC or BG collateral.
STEP 8
Seller pays commission to seller side and buyer side commissions:
A. 50%: seller side: (50% closed to seller side)
B. 50%: buyer side: (50% open to buyer mandate & intermediaries)
C. The agreed commission will be included within an Irrevocable Master Fee, Protection Agreement (IMFPA) to be signed between the buyer and the seller, group of each party prior to issuance of the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA).
STEP 9
For monthly orders, a 3 or 6 month or 12-month agreement contract can be signed between seller and buyer. Buyer's bank will issue a new SBLC or BG or LC for 3, 6 or 12 months for the next shipment and seller opens 2% PB to buyer's bank for the sale of the product for 3, 6 or 12 months.
